Well, im on mobile, can't really check all things. 1st of all, it's different tree, a little. 2nd thing, u lost 1 spectre due to gem nerfs. 3rd, why do u run 2 health pots? And only 1 armor flask with 2 quicksilvers. Nothing to def. Also I don't know if u run AG items setup, but that's extra def. Blind on hit jewel can help, flash and stone maybe. But spinning with offering + minion leech + molten should be enough without stupid rush.

I'm still a bit confused about something. Do we take the spirit offering (Mistress of sacrifice specced) AND Bone Barrier elemental resits into account when setting up our gear for mapping? So thats 60% elemental resists we won't need on our character sheet because its implied that it should always be up via Bone Barrier and Spirit offering?

The first vid I uploaded yesterday has one of the boss fights at the end of the map.

I mean, the new Conquerors bosses. I saw someone saying the cold one is a minion killer, and the Awakener destroys everything because of chaos damage.

I just attempted the Awakener boss (Sirus) and he absolutely obliterates this build. I wasn't able to even get near the boss, and minions die instantly to his chaos damage. This build will need SERIOUS changes in order to beat that boss.


I think this is the main problem at the moment. Shaper and Uber Elder are not top tier bosses right now, so its nonrelevant that Burn is testing his build on them. Nobody gives a fck if zombies wreck UElder if Sirus is oneshooting them all. So instead of testing zombies on shaper, burn should reroll a new char and test his zombies on actual endgame bosses in metamorph. I couldnt care less how this build is performing in standard, there is some severe shit in metamorph endgame whichshould be adressed.

No, since the AG can't spawn minions.

this is NOT the best summoner leveling in POE though.. I never struggled so much with leveling a summoner, following your guide to the letter.

My league starter this league was Viperesque's Skeleton build, and it was super smooth, but when I got to maps I started disliking the constant re-summoning.

So I bought the recommended leveling uniques (something I did not have leveling my league starter) and proceeded to follow your guide.

I was expecting to not dying, amazing dps and general bad-assery as surely this guide must be better than the other (OP has clearly said such publicly on the front page) and I even had leveling uniques.

Boy, was I wrong. Worst experience leveling in a long time. I even skipped the Metamorphs this time around.

I'd recommend getting QoL and damage upgrades from the tree FAR FAR earlier than the leveling guide suggests. Going for only life nodes the first 40+ levels is not the way. Also... disregard the options with 2 attack settings (SRS and Skeletons), not even sure why there are 2?

Imho start SRS and skip to skeleton when you have the gems and link for a 4L with feeding frenzy and a couple of the others. Also run zombies in 4L with meatshield. Add the rest of the options as you go.



I don't understand how so many people are having so many problems that they simply explode in frustration, while others like myself say it has been easy sailing.

I will try to depict my own leveling experience to see if it helps others.


First of all I did a complete league start so I had no leveling uniques and only wore what I found.

I used SRS and zombies to start with with minion damage and splash damage for both.

I got skeletons, changed the splash damage to them and put minion damage on the zombies.

I got skitterbot straight away since the slow + shock was a good thing to have. I added Infernal Legion + Burning Damage to Skitterbots and they almost killed everything on their own.

By level 30ish I dropped out of SRS as I got killed twice by metamorphs when I held still to cast them. I just focused on running in circles and resumonining skeletons/zombies when needed.

I eventually added Multistrike for both Skeletons and Zombies making it Skeleton/Zombie + Minion Damage + Multi-strike + Feeding Frenzy. Feeding Frenzy was really important and worth doing the Library quest for.

Soon as I got specters I got the apes from chapter two and made them Specters + Minion Life + Blood magic.

By chapter 8 I dropped out of the apes and picked up Frost Sentinels with Specters + Minion Damage + Pierce + Greater Multiple Projectiles.

When I had enough currency I bought a Tabula and placed the Specters there reasoning that the build only kicks off with a Queen's Escape but the specters don't need the speed since they shoot at things off screen.

They are now Specters + Minion Damage + Pierce + Greater Multiple Projectiles + Spell Echo + Cold Penetration.

The rest of my links are:

- Skeletons + Feeding Frenzy + Minion Damage + Multistrike
- Zombies + Feeding Frenzy + Minion Damage + Multistrike
- Bone golem + Minion damage + Multistrike + melee damage
- Skitterbots + Burning Legion + Burning Damage
- Frostblink + Desecrate.

Without the movement speed of the Queen's Escape the minions don't dash around as fast so I cast Skeletons on the packs of enemies. I pre cast my max number of skeletons before a metamorph/end act boss but Vaal Skeletons is a better move there, I'm sure, I just don't need it.

We don't need to hold still so we can't really die if we can keep on moving.

I followed the leveling suggestion posted in the original post and the only deviation was grabbing the 1% minion regen close to Death Attunement.

Yup, that's free resists. You can still need some on your gear, also for ele weakness on maps u want a little more if u want be capped on that mod. But true, u don't need that much to be capped with offering+bone+a lot of ress from tree.
