I have the exact problem and I realized Life and ES is not very crucial in 3.10, no matter how many of them you have, you just get smash one shot by delirium element or boss fight.
Instead, I gave up tank build and go for full damage with cluster, I only have 4.5k life and 300 es but I can kill them in one finger snap.
I can see your helmet is worth some 35~40 ex, if you have extra ex in your bank keep the helmet, or sell it for hubris 320 minion damage, it's 320-40 = 280% damage difference for the same price.
Drop clarity from your unset ring, reforge the color for split arrow since you are using bow, it helps you to navigate zombie in some situation, and save you from dying alot!! get vulnerable curse implicit on your glove, those split pierce arrows will also apply curse to enemies, with this you free up one spectre and I suggest you can summon Diablist for enfeeble or Undying Evangelist for Proximity Shield! How can you die from this.
You can also do CWDT with vaal molten shell + desecrate + offering , make it auto cast.
Interesting angle on the curse on hit gloves with Split Arrow. I use bow also so going to try it. Question is if I apply vulnerability to mobs myself with the glove implicit, can my Spectres still apply a different curse or are we limited to only having one active at a time? For ex vulnerability from me and that Unying Evangrlist with enfeeble, can they be both applied to an enemy?
It can't tell but it should work.
When we rolled some map mods consist of enfeeble and temporal chains(also another type of curse), our player icon has both curse affected, so vulnerable and enfeeble should both affect mobs, just visual arts of the game can only show one on top on each mob?
With the build's dps so strong like this, I seldom cast curse on regular mobs, just on rare and boss, it just crash everything I went through.

Unless your spectre, animated guardian or yourself have +1 curse only one curse will be active!

In the meantime, I gained one level and got an important passive, plus I changed the spectres to Arena master and vuln seawitch plus the two monkeys and it makes a huge difference already.

Once you got one back and loose it again afterwards:
Just return to your hideout and trigger Desecrate there (either manually or by a short cyclone, depending on how you've linked it). Since there are no "usual" monsters in that area, it will only summon the recent Spectres used in the same instance. Then you can easily pick up the Retainer again from there.
How much does it cost on average a Lethal Pride including divine in order to have a decent str?
I'm torn on what my next upgrade should be between a 6L Femur or the Lethal Pride or some small cluster gem.
I think the 6L crafted and the perfect cluster are too expensive for now.

You should definitely go or a crafted 6L mace/staff instead of 6L femur/lethal pride, if you have 4-6ex to spend. It's a big upgrade damage/minion survivability wise.
Depends on your budget right now.
There's a lot of good ones starting at 4ex (price might change).
Your better to keep your currency to buy/craft the weapon instead of spending it all on divines for the Lethal Pride. Weapon should be your first priority, then upgrade other stuff.
For Lethal Pride, maybe 10-20 divines to get something decent. But, usually my luck is really poor with those Timeless jewels lol
