No. The tanky set up only runs with:

- Flesh and Stone
- Dread Banner
- Discipline
Avian is only on the weapon because why not since it has an open suffix slot. Plus that way you can use the same weapon for the other build that does use Avian.

Between Avian and Discilplin u switch when u want to go more tanky or fast?

You can equip Avian to go faster and Discipline to be more tanky. Personally i just keep Discipline active. Besides Avain really shines when you use it with
Saqawal chest. I don't really bother with Avian.

I guess but then you have to fit in another Enlightment in your build and it takes up a gem socket.

the the tanky endgame build is a bit limited in the amout of Auras :(
so, i have to deal with that.
what i dont understand is the using of the Note "Skull Cracking"
as in my understanding, it doesnt effect the Minions.
On the Saqwal Chest, the Keypoints are reduced reserved Mana and Attributes, i guess.
How much reserved Mana is the must have value? 9-10% ?

That i am not sure but if you look at the chest it also states Avian now affects allies.

Skull Cracking is allocated because the Elegant Hubris he has socketed transforms it into a different notable. Pretty sure this is in the FAQ on page 1.
