Trigger wand most have the gem colors in the order you wish the skills to trigger from top to bottom. I like GGB. Withering Step - Desecrate - Spirit Offering

just because OP doesn't play league, doesn't mean the build does not work.
I would say the build works just fine, IF you have the proper items so your minions won't die to the "cast on death" mobs.
Why do people assume the build doesn't work in league when you can run T16 without issues.
The new cluster jewels are a perfect counter for the nerf of baron and shaper's touch.

24% more minion life, over 60% minion damage and 10% chance to deal double damage while at full life.
