go wand build but get any ole wand with +1 all spells and its cheap too, double offerings is strong too, trigger is the only iffy bit really ig

You'll be amazed by the speed. This is why I always play dual wands. There is no alternative IMO. Early league I use a 2H and then switch. My DPS is now officially retarded and my clear speed even more so. Enjoy the video and the RIP!

The speed build isn't budget :P there is a budget build just above that you start with and then transition into speed variant as you progress and upgrade.

Its still exceedingly silly to commonly use an item there are only ever a handful of. Less than 30 of those exist for this league so far, less than 90 ever per league? 4 million views but only .1% can play the builds *shrug*

you always make these builds so you can swap stuff out though, and just swapping any str jewel works, but the margins get so tight

Aul's is a close second but isn't literally limited to a daily reward...

Re: wands being only way... I would encourage anyone still using cyclone with a 2H to STOP using cyclone and simply just manually cast the offering. You literally cast it once every now and then on a deleted pack or when picking up loot and you clear so much faster without cycloning.
