Standard league grants me the luxury of legacy pieces. That is a very nice quiver. I still try to find a good setup for maloney's mechanism, but your quiver may change my mind. Is it crafted with prismatic+pristine+sanctified fossils? What kind of defence do you have? Just eHp stacking and manuel dodge or did I miss something? Ive never used melee splash, felt underwhelming compared other options, can go melee physical, minion damage (minion speed) multistrike, impale, empower, if you have 6L. They do outheal it and raze and pillage is one of the best, if not the best notable, on large clusters. I run ele reflect no problems. Rotten claws seems like a waste when you are already running Dread Banner, Impale Support and Generosity. Adding a new source of damage like raze and pillage would be vastly superior. If you're dead set on the combo you listed, its extremely easy to make one of those. It's very hard to make a raze and pillage / vicious bite one.
