missing block nodes on the tree (swagger, blade barrier), wrong flask setup (no increased evasion, no rumis), missing wind dancer (!!!).

if those changes dont help you could use a militant faith jewel for transcendence even without loreweave.

Guess I needed to transition to the Non Cluster Transcendence Tree.


In the flask section i read that a Jade Iron skin was acceptable. I will switch it to of Reflexes and see how that does. Also with the block nodes I will pick up a Rumis.

Thanks for the advice. It seems to have made a large difference. Question about Transcendence, how important is the aspect of the crab amulet?

I can facetank most skills without aspect of crab. I think only exception would be elder, however elder and uber elder can be easily dodged so the only trouble would be the fear invitation.

since the more psn dmg mod got removed from our claws in this patch, going with aspect of the spider to compensate the dmg loss instead of crab is in my opinion the way to go.
we are still tanky enough without it :)

I don't know Fel. With your gloves, you have to anoint tribal fury and loose the corruption anointment. You also loose the survability of aspect of the crab.
Rare gloves also brings more life, resistances, attack rating and more attack speed (and damage over time with the new gloves implicit). Maybe your solution is better, maybe not, i'm not sure :p

Well, I am attempting a weird take.

It is fine, can do A9 Ultis and most bosses, just slow.

If anyone has any ideas, char CHACHAurPENE.
stupid question: can we equip a ring with despair on hit? Or will despair replace wither?

witchfire brew (potion) provide despair aura already.
Hi, I thought I would try to contribute to the crafting problem.

I went with a clean Void Fang ilvl 83.
1. Essence of Zeal
2. Annul down to only attack speed.
3. Aug Chaos - Hitting Chaos Damage prefix or Poison damage suffix (Back to step 1 if it hits chaos resist 10% ish chance).
4. Aug Chaos - If I hit the prefix with the previous aug chaos I can still brick (Low chance again), if I hit the suffix I craft some random suffix and 100% get chaos damage.
5. Craft cannot roll attack modifiers.
6. Hunter Exalt slam for 100% chance of Hunter Chaos damage over time mod.
7. Craft Chaos damage multi.
8. Aisling/exalt slam if you feel like it.

This is quite costly, but also very safe. A bit sad I hit tier 4 hunter mod of course.

My first result:



And two questions:
How do you guys calculate the damage from the Hunter chaos damage over time mod? I have so far just done it by setting the mod as "Increased damage over time".
How do you calculate the damage from the new elder poison multi mod? I have done it by just using 50% of the value in pure

For step 3, shouldn't you benchcraft a hybrid chaos res suffix first?
