I was wondering how this build is meant to proc EE?

Make sure you only do fire damage, and your minions do frost/lightning via the gloves. You can get to fire damage in a few ways:
-Use a fire spell and make sure you don't have bonus cold/lightning damage on gear (watch lab enchants!). I do this with Apocalypse Brand and Vaal Molten Shell
-Convert all your damage to fire (Avatar of Fire keystone). Doesn't effect minions, and you don't do notable damage anyways. OP does this, then you can have whatever lab enchants and use whatever spell to proc EE.

Can you help to advise what should I do to improve my dmg ? I cannot defend blight in T14 map :(

you are missing minion damage on your wand, this could be an upgrade

and you are missing the skill tree note "gravepact" which is a huge dmg boost in terms of the double dmg chance

Should I go with insanity craft helmet or +3 level minions gem ? Both have lvl 16 minion damage supported.
