Hello lovely people! I've league started this and I am currently spamming red maps to get some stuff going, so I can afford the brutally overpriced clusters. However, I've noticed one thing: My elemental overload does not proc at all. Neither on the CWC Cyclone staff or the Bossing setup(I use regular elemental focus instead of the Awakened - no currency for that one either). Is there a particular reason why it never procs? Just to make sure you are looking right thing: In 3.16 GGG changed EO to be skill specific buff. So for example if Frostblink procs EO, only Frostblink gets the buff, not all skills. Your chest looks like it should work. Make sure you really have Yugul selected. Can you test if you take Elemental Mastery (there is one node above the staff node on far left side) if Yugul+Mastery without chest works and if Mastery+chest without Yugul works. I just re-tested without changing anything, on a map with reflect 22% elemental, and it seems fine now.
