Or LVL 28 if they are connected to an empower.....then whatever extra levels in other items. Hah How much would you list it for? It's the only one like it with 2 curses. I guess mine is the only one that has those two particular +2 to levels and the 2 curses. There are none with them + despair...so guess it depends on how good despair is having with them.
