[3.11]QUEEN OF NECROMANCY - STRONGEST ZOMBIES EVER? 55M+ DPS 7K+ LIFE MAX BLOCK 90% CHAOS RES

ok so because everyone was looking at my profile and was super confused on how i was running it, like i said, i was only testing out the triad gloves before i gave up, so if you look at it now, that is my setup now, my zombies are EXTREMELY squishy, they die in t2 - t5 maps, and rares and metamorph bosses take forever to go down, since i need to keep re spawning my zombies constantly, my zombies just melt in maps. I also tried the montrguels sceptre, and respeced my ascendant to mistress of sacrifice and went with cyclone and spirit offering, and my zombies were still dying very easily and fast. this i know isnt no end game version of the build, but i cant even run t2 - t5 maps comfortably, so i dont know what else to say

So I think I finally have my endgame weapon sorted. It's certainly not as cut and dried as before.

Once you hit those two together, you'll need to do a couple of things based on the other mods on the item.

If the item has a free suffix and free prefix, move to step 4.

If the item doesn't have both a free suffix, and a free prefix, use annul orbs to make that happen. You may want to pray that they don't kill one of your 2 important mods. If they do, go back to chaos spam.

4. If you have additional suffixes on the item that you don't want, Craft Prefixes cannot be changed on the item as a suffix. (cost 2 EX) and scour the item. This will leave you with a rare item with the two important prefixes.

5. Now is a good time to craft a quality mod on the item and 6 link it. Then remove that crafted mod.

6. Craft "Item can have 3 crafted mods" unto the item (2 EX). Craft +2 support gems unto the item (2 ex). Craft minions have increased attack and cast speed (4 chaos).

7. Congrats, you are more or less done. You will still have an open suffix on the item. Couple options for this last suffix...

-1. Beastcraft "Grants aspect of the Avian" unto the weapon. If you are using Saqawal's Nest, this will free up a suffix from your amulet or ring. or -2. Slam another suffix onto the item with an special redeemer ex and hope for movement speed. (If you are going the slam route, you may want to start with a higher ivl weapon like a ilvl 73

The total cost of this is going to widely vary depending on the chaos spam luck. If I had to guess, I would say plan on spending 10-16 EX total making the weapon.

Oh, and if you don't want to be bothered by any of this. Femurs of the Saints is 75% of the damage while providing a few other nice benefits (Passive regen, and massive block chance with Vaal Skeletons)

Good luck!

Wouldn't aspect on a weapon be insane mana reservation cost?

Good point! Does anyone know for sure if gems socketed in an item affect Aspect skills? I was under the impression that they didn't, but I've always used jewelry for my aspects. If support in the weapon do bleed over to the aspects, then yeah, toss that idea right out.

Edit: Ok, I tested this with all our support gems, and none of them applies to Aspect of the Avian, or increases it's reservation. Putting something like increased or less duration DOES have an effect. I think only duration gems can have an effect, so only Less and more duration, as well as swift affliction. So thanks for the call out, but it should be fine on our weapons.

If you want to Cyclone all the time, and you hate quicksilver flasks. There is a solution.. but it comes at a cost.

This is the way. 10-20c rolling/buying and you will be moving fast

all of my zombies die insantly with breach in t2 maps, something is very wrong, and i was doing the spirit offering Cyclone setup too, i tried everything

I call utter bullshit. You are exegerating 100%. Zombies aint dying in white maps at all, I literally lost 3!!!!!!!! zombies during all my time in white maps (don't even know how honestly) and since i have my 6 link staff they didnt die vs ele weakness 100 cold as extra t15 maps....
And nothing makes my zombies tankier then yours besides some gem level that I also didnt had when I was running t2 maps...
Either way you still dont have a offering, you still have no proper setup for support specter

Cannot really take you serious

Looking for some insight from anyone who is currently running this build who is also doing red maps, specifically t13-16. I am doing the "King of all summoners" build and it is very rippy in the high tier red maps and I am utterly tired of dying to the metamorph bosses and conquerors.

Has anyone gotten this variant to the top end maps? I don't want to quit the league already.

You can check my profile for my gear which isnt much. I did some t15 with decent rippy mapmods and had no problem. I made me aware to finally fix my lazy ass flask setup (dont judge xD) but as long as you have the 5 link cwc setup and überlab done you are kinda immortal besides mayor fuck ups. The damage on the bosses were...okay. It isnt great but honestly no build with equal investment would do better honestly and alot wouldnt even be able to run that content. I have a were shallow skele setup remaining to support damage, but I am not sure if they are ven pulling weight anymore.

We all know what a big powerup the empower gem is, awakend gems now aswell etc. If you are decked out the build most likely will have way enough damage.

Dunno guess in tier 15+ a 5 link doesnt cut it anymore (I mean you can do stuff, but it would be more time effecient to run yellowmaps until upgraded).

I died once to this frosty bird concquer but well that was more the lack of a anti freeze flask (I fix that tomorrow all xD) and a lack of knowledge because during earlier encounter he was insta dead. As I said i kinda feel immortal with the cyclone setup.

last league the minions didn't need res at all. However this seem to have changed. I'll be updating the tree once i know more :)
Unless I missed something, Zombies should be nearly resist capped. They have 40% by default, and with SO it brings them up to 70%. I can’t imagine the remaining 5% is worth any significant amount of investment. Nonetheless, if running Purity of Elements, they will be well overcapped.

Alright, so the issue here is squishy zombies. You are suffering a major setback in health. End game uses a L30 Zombie (L21 gem + L4 Empower + +2 to support gems craft + +1 to gems or +2 to spell gems mod). You have a L18 Zombie. True no one expects the full setup in white maps, but keep that in mind for later, I still don’t see an Offering, so unless you have additional minion resists on your tree (I cannot see it on my tablet), your minions only have 40%; they take 2x as much elemental damage as a minion with 70%. I’m a bit confused since you said you’re using it already. Minions do not have a source of Fortify.

You should notice a significant improvement if you go with these changes
- Add Spirit Offering to your build (if not already done so).
- Remove Slave Drivers as Spectres and grab 2 Carnage Chieftans, 1 Host Chieftan, and 1 Diabolist. It will take a L25 Raise Spectre for 4, so probably drop Diabolist unless you find yourself needing Enfeeble,
- Level up an Animated Guardian, and once he’s reasonably leveled, equip him accordingly. End game will have him wielding Kingmaker which grants a Fortify aura among other goodies.
- As soon as you can afford it, craft a weapon. The best defensive and offensive thing you can do is raise the zombies’ levels.

Maybe the issue isn't the gear but me. I am not good at this game and am basically a brain dead monkey. I also cannot stand using the cyclone setup as a caster. I should not be face tanking mobs while spinning as a caster and it just is plain not fun, but maybe I'll try again if I ever get my hands on enough currency.
So I'm going the Chaos Damage Zombie route and was wondering if I remove Impale to replace with Withering Touch Support or something else? I know I'm removing Pride but do I keep Dread Banner and Flesh/Stone auras? Or do I replace them with something else too?

Trying to get an idea on what gems I want in my six-link weapon with Chaos damage Zombies. Also, which auras I should be running when going to Chaos damage.
To anyone who already tried to craft elder 2-hander with +1 to all gems & fortify: how much would it requir?

Regaling +1/Fortify looks pretty difficult.

Also, is there any working crafting sim with proper weightings etc?
