[3.11]QUEEN OF NECROMANCY - STRONGEST ZOMBIES EVER? 55M+ DPS 7K+ LIFE MAX BLOCK 90% CHAOS RES
" goot gloves or boots with corapt +1 soc gems and insert enlight 4 + skitterbots + war banner + any aura y chois i use haste and + avian aura this way y have enlight 4+1=5 and y dont need on tree reduse points pride dont efective low radius and dont get more damage skitter bots better |

I'd like to know if skitterbots offers the same (or more) in terms of dps compared to pride... aside from the aura range debate.
btw I'm using this chest at the moment it looks like a good compromise between life pool and dps. geofri's chest would probably offer more ehp as extra energy shield, but then I should swap my gloves and would lose too much strength (1 zombie less) saqawal's nest offers mana reservation and extra chance for double damage, though it's harder to recolor and reduces the life pool. of course geofri's chest + shaper's touch are the way to go for deep delving. for now I retain a good ehp, physical damage reduction, strength and have 1 more zombie and skeleton |

We had the range discussion on Pride already and it turned out to be not bad at all.
Comparing Pride to Skitterbots is not easy. Skitterbots has more damage than the initial pride effect but Pride gets more effective if the enemy is longer inside the Aura radius. So it should be more damage than Skitterbots but you can't run too far away from the boss. Problem is probably that most bosses don't live long enough for the increasing Pride effect :D Skitterbots on the other hand also has the Chill for some defense. That being said I don't use any of them but Discipline instead :P That's a pretty sweet chest you have there, surely a good option. For me personally anything other than Saqawal's just destroys my Dex too hard for gems like Haste. Last edited by Laxxus#3863 on Oct 12, 2019, 7:22:25 AM

" Thanks for the help, I will try it, however there are a lot of possible combinations, this build is very strong so there are multiple ways, and the old OP doesn't help, i read the pride questions, i think i'm going to give a chance to the skitties, but i think that boss killing is too fast to see any difference too XD Last edited by Scappotto#7511 on Oct 12, 2019, 9:03:28 AM

"Here’s my recommendation for crafting the mace. There are two methods here: Alteration spamming or Exalt slamming. Which route you take is dependent on market value, RGN, and personal preference. Currently Alterations is cheaper. You will go with Prepare the Weapon, either Alteration or Exalted, and finish with Crafting. Prepare the Weapon (1) Purchase ilvl 75+ Shaper mace (2) Craft 28-30% quality either through a Perfect Fossil or T2+ Hillock in Transportation (optional) (3) Craft 15-18% quality (total max 48%) (optional) (4) Roll 6 sockets (5) Roll 6 links (7) Roll desired socket colors Edit: You can do socket colour step if you get reduced attributes while Alt spamming, either method. You cannot craft this. Alterations (1) Scour and Transmute (2) Spam Alterations until you hit “+1 to Level of Socketed Gems” and/or “Socketed Gems are Supported by Level 18+ Maim Support.” - If you get both, you have the option of creating an imprint of it via Craicic Chimeral (3) Regal - If you get the second desired mod, move to step (4) - If you don’t, move to step (1) (4) Annulment - If you removed the undesired mods or choose to keep all mods, move to Crafting. - If you removed a desired mod but do have an imprint, use it, regal, and repeat step (4). You may choose to make another imprint. - If you removed a desired mod and don’t have an imprint, move to step (1) Exalted (1) Scour and Transmute (2) Spam Alterations until you hit “Socketed Gems are Supported by Level 18+ Maim Support” (3) Regal (4) Annulment - If you removed all undesired mods, move to step (5) - If you removed Maim, move to step (1) (5) Craft “Cannot Roll Attack Modifiers” (6) Slam Exalted - If you get “+1 to Level of Socketed Gems,” move to Crafting - If you get anything else, move to step (4) Crafting (1) Craft Multimod (2) Prefixes - Minions deal 39-45% increased damage / Minions have 39-45% increased maximum life - +2 to level of socketed support gems (3) Suffixes - Minions have 25-28% increased attack speed / Minions have 25-28% increased cast speedy * Weapon can add white sockets without corrupting it with Vorici in Research. * Weapon can add an 8th link, L10 Fortify, with a corruption. what up with the resistances on this build, it's not supposed to be capped?
|
|
" You get some resistances from the Zombies (Ascendancy) |
|
Finally wrting a review of the build as it's really strong and fun to play.
I mostly play spectre builds, but after patch I wanted to try zombies+skellies. I'm not even at the end of final gear but still wrecked uber elder without dying in about ~2 minutes. Damage is more than enough with that kind of gear: I will do some more upgrades and try to finalyze the weapon, but still it's not needed. Thanks again for the sum up of your build! Cheers |

" 30% resistances from Bone Barrier Ascendancy and then either 20% from Commander of Darkness Ascendancy or 20+ from Mistress of Sacrifice Ascendancy with Spirit Offering. Also usually some more from Tree, like Cruel Preparation and Faith and Steel. I think I get another 30% from my tree or something like that. |

"With nothing else factored in, Skitterbots will initially do more than pride, but Pride will quickly surpass it due to scaling. However, with Maim Support Socketed or crafted onto a weapon, then Pride will initially do more. Pride is a more multiplier whereas shock is an increased multiplier and will stack with every other source of “enemies take increased damage.” Skitterbots does 20% increased damage taken and 10% less action speed. |
