Hey, solid build man! for a league start variant, i have in mind to drop the shaped call of the brotherhoods ( use just normal ones ) and not using unnatural instinct. I think that would do the trick, as crafting the weapons and buying the Eternity Shroud will not cost a crazy amount ( still not cheap ). Do u think it's doable?

it's 9.5M DPS, not including Shock in POB. dropping the level 4 enlighten and mana reservation node, disabling Hatred and getting some more life nodes on tree, using normal call of the brotherhoods some changes to items but the base of the PoB is your character, and the mechanics u put together are really nice. with this variation u can kill Shaper with 2 shots.
P.S: This is probably still not a great league starter for more new players, due to still being expensive and requiring the knowledge of making enough ex in the league start since Eternity Shroud, The Watcher's Eye and your weapons will of course cost at least 3ex each, there's also the helmet enchant and other expensive items but overall with the PoB above i think the estimated cost is at least 40ex lower.
Seems like it may be worth a shot. If you end up doing it let me know how it goes and maybe I will include a budget section on the guide.

Can someone help me figure out what I'm doing wrong? The tree is slightly modified, since I needed more life, but the core is the same. I'm not sure why my damage is so much lower though, since when I imported the POB and changed to my wands, the damage deficit still wasn't this big.

your pob is wrong dude you are using elemental focus so no way you can apply that kind of 50% plus damage shock.Also you can not both have "full energy shield" and "leeching energy shield".I think it will around 18-22m dps.Still a cool build tho

Shock comes from Orb of Storms and I have seen no evidence that both mechanics from Energy Leech can't technically happen at the same time. There are other similar mechanics in game that would suggest under rounding conditions it's possible, but if you have a statement from an official I will gladly change the PoB. Even if Energy Leech does not work to your liking, you can replace it with Consecrated Effect and achieve an easy 36 million down from 40.

I would recommend a Militant jewel like the one below:

Inner conviction would give you 3% per power charge and it is a more multiplier.
You can have 3 nodes like that near melding node.
The devotion points would account for 60%/60% Channel/Elemental damage.
It is almost broken.
