I can't check your pob from my phone, but you don't have added cold damage to attacks on your gear (could be either gloves/ring/dagger), thus elemental equilibrium lowers your damage instead of increasing it. Fix that first, it's a big deal.

got cold damage to attacks on my jewel is that fine? What else could i improve?

I made a bunch of upgrades, but i feel like my cyclone's crit chance is low and i could have more damage...advice?

I'dont have access to PoB rn, but I'm 100% sure that "+1 gems" is better.

I did the math earlier, for my gear setup it was about ~10% total dps increase from +1 corruption and ~20% from "+2 area gems"

es gained on hit won't do much here. I tested that on cospri's ice nova build and could barely notice any survivability improvement. ofc, you can use that watcher's if you already have it.
