Oh, so now Splinter`s are currency?
Lets start buying and selling using them, this is a joke,
Why is that hard to Add them to the Fragment`s tab instead? they are the same exact as breach splinters and breachstones,
Get 100 = 1 Key map...
Just weird decisions... *facepalm*

IIRC Breach Splinters could exceed 100 stack in the generic slots of the currency tab without turning into Breachstones so I don't see why Legion Splinters shouldn't be able to as well.

I guess because this league content wont go core game, or maybe they dont know yet? So no need to add extra slots to the fragments tab.
