Is the new magnate studdent belt viable. I was reading that dobule dmg works on poision so should we go for it or not really ?

" Yeah probably, but what do yuo think about new covenant? Shouldnt we use it for scourge arrow rather than balista? Unless we have awekened lvl 5 added chaos i think it will benefit us more on map clears. Also we prob cant have blood and sand bcs ne robe still uses mana so we can swap out life tap from balistas for ex culling strike to help on boses what do you think?. " Ballisas do way way more damage than SA, and they are our single target so they def should use covenant and they shouldnt use utility links like culling. SA is mostly for clearing and SA do not needs lvl 29 added chaos to clear maps. My builds:
