Yes, drillneck is indeed way better because of the huge amount of flat phys + inc damage and attack speed it has. Drillneck is pretty hard to beat in pure dps without either perfect rolls or hunter quiver. We go for frenzy quiver because having frenzies on single target is superior to drillneck, bt without the frenzy mod or chaos multi mod on hunter quiver i would just stick with drillneck.

So, for basics:

1. Your fire resistance is not capped
2. Your chaos resistance is not capped at 85% - This means you are actually taking mre damage by using Divine Flesh than without Divine Flesh, what is making you very squishy
3. You have mana crafted on your quiver instead of life. Switch this to crafted life
4. Your body armour has very low life roll, I would recraft it

For damage, it looks more than fine to me. Are you charging to 5 stacks and hitting the boss with primary projectile + all your pods? Positioning and good charging with SA is very important and perfecting this can increase your DPS by a lot. Also, do you have flasks always up? Without flask you lose majority of your damage. Same with temporary buffs, like Plague Bearer, Withering Step, Despair on boss, everything should be active.

Thank you so much for the fast answer man. I will try to do all the things you told me. As for the flask I think I have flask always up. I have one last question then, wich piece can I replace in order to get the 85% chaos cap because I can't find a way to cap this resistance.

As for the quiver, the mana craft was in order to play with Malevolance because I don't have enough mana to do it.
