But it got nerfed in 3.9 so you can't craft as good bow as in 3.8, basically what you see on poe ninja is what you can do now.

So we do or do not need the -mana cost chest? Because as I look at the blight character in the guide and it does not have this mod.

I already have a six link bow so that’s why I’m asking. Obviously a non six linked is a lot cheaper and I can load up on life and resists.

Not absolutely needed in my opinion. My SA costs 18 and I have 174 unreserved, but with an enduring flask I have no mana problems:

Is having Scourge Arrow creates an additional spore pod at Maximum Stages means more damage as there are more spore pod?

Been playing this build for the past few days. I've been impressed with how tanky and fast it is and the prolif makes the build feel great. I've done 8A Sirius, Shaper and Uber Elder. The single-target can sometimes feel lacking especially early on but if you keep on investing into the build it will pay off. The most important thing IMO for increasing damage is getting awakening gems and good jewels. Jewels can be hard to find (I'm still working on mine) but a single jewel can increase your dps by 7-9% which is insane. This is probably the best all around bow build I've ever played.

Edit: I forget to mention. I don't use a -mana cost chest. I put one point into mana leech and I've never had any mana issues. I have a -mana cost chest but I dropped it completely for a big temple chest. The only downside is I can't pre-channel an attack for a long time but I can still channel up to 5 stacks no problem.

Yes it's essentially a more damage multiplier.
