Thank you. I wasn't sure how to check the pob for which size it was.

One more question. Do we have to use the carrion golem. I hate this thing it keeps destroying the worms. I even tried the method that OP shows in his video with the cursor being placed center and under your character.

Well, you need something for feeding frenzy generation, and i guess other summons will go after worms aswell.

And i must say, me being new to this build too, there is lot of things going after them. Golem is not a big deal, i have it in shield, so i'm already able resummon them in the middle of fight rather fast by swaping weapons back and forth. But there are things that you cant get rid of, like various NPCs - Einhar is really fast, and pretty much everyone in Heist. So no, your own summons is not a big deal... :-)

I'm actually kinda woried about resummoning in fights like Maven or The Feared, when you die there, and going back to the screen full of spell effects, with zero spiders because you cant precast them before you enter the arena. I'm not there yet, still working on my atlas, so far i only killed Uber Atziri and Cortex, which is ok as you portal outside of arena in the same zone. Does anyone have some experience with this from the last league?

Yeah,

Maven: not too bad, plenty of room around arena to resummon.


The ones to worry about are:

The Feared, the Tidden...

You get a few seconds of invulnerability (if you don't move), so you pretty much have to portal in, chill until you see a gap in spell effects.. make a dash for corner and summon your spiders.


Also, 80% delirious waves in Simulacrums.

80% delirious waves = tankier worms, so they will literally not die to 1 bane. Now, there are some simulacrum town zones, where there is literally no place to hide.. so you have tons of mobs gunning for ya and you literally need like 3-4 seconds to summon.. its crazy.

It is a major downside of the build.. I stopped attempting Simulacrums.. build is just not suited for them.
Just hit 9.5 million Total Shaper dps (same config that everyone else is doing), and still got room for more. https://pastebin.com/x0xgnD0k I have sacced a bit of life for this, but I still have heaps of room on the jewels to improve both damage and life and then look to get a few more levels for more cluster.
I've noticed a lot of people without spectres. Aren't the 3 frenzy charges from carnage cheiftans big dps and qol? *and jinxed juju for the 10% damage reduction

A few reasons. We have no gem slots left. Also we dont invest at all in increased minion life so they will just perma die I Would say.
BTW, i was testing some usefull offhand respawn setups today - as i really dont wanna kill worms with Bane in the middle of fight. So now i have 2nd dagger in offhand, and looks like a better buff then i expected, because summoned spiders are clearly snapshoting! I'm not hundred procent sure what happens with their support gems, yet, but it looks like they are using these from active daggers, at least that is what their icon says.
But duration is snapshoted for sure, so now i have 110s spiders... :-)

Do you mind explaining this in a bit better detail. I am intrigued. I'm still not a veteran in this game so my analysis may be wrong.

You are summoning them with your 2nd weapon set, with divine ire, then quickly swapping back to your main weapon set? And by doing this the effect from other stats/weapons, snapshot and carry over?

Also how are you getting 110 spiders. I only ever get max 20. Even doing your method, shouldn't they be capped at 20, because all you are doing is summoning and swapping weapons.

he's saying you can snapshot the duration of the minions to 110 seconds by weapon swapping to a fang 3 duration gems in and then swap back to your main setup with the 3 damage gems. should be pretty easy to test and you can see if your minions have melee splash or not from your main weapon setup
