You are referring about what happends when we kill a frozen enemy yes.
But on this point, im more talking about when you One shot them, when they are freezed and shattered with the same hit.
Thats why i think this can only happend on a critical hit who will proc freeze and shattered at the same time.

What i have wrong ?
from 100% HP to 0 HP?
I'm not even sure if Cyclone is capable of that because it deals small hits, and you would notice because it will crit on all the mobs...

Maybe your cyclone initially crit, but your accuracy is too low, and most of your hits are downgraded to non-crit?...

You really don't need the bottom part of leather and steel, the points can be better used like the awesome 18% life node in duelist starting area. Did some rerouting like the guy above did, but if you really want more armor just get the 3 armor nodes in duelist starting area that give 52% additional armor. Also going near the 18% health node u can get those 3 10% weapon ele nodes for more dmg.

Yeah, the armor/evasion nodes are honestly there from just throwing things in and I've decided against them some time ago and fully expect to grab those 3X10% elemental nodes! Thanks :)

Why go for shock stacks? You cant deal critical hits, your lightning damage is low... You wont effectively be stacking shock stacks at all.

I would remove the non-crit passive key stone and pick up some critical strike chance and/or multiplier. A better build idea would be elemental damage (because you hit twice bonuses from gear (other then weapon) are applied twice) and using hatred, wrath and/or anger to supply even more damage to your attacks. Combined with attack speed, movement speed and attack speed, you will be a whirling death machine... Except for the clumsiness of the skill itself.

I'm curious why you think I won't be able to shock stack by the time I get to static blows? I can use wrath as well plus getting gloves/rings with light damage is not terribly difficult. I can already shock things using nothing but that sword + lvl 1 conductivity. Add in wrath, a ring or two, 40-50% more elemental bonus damage static blows/elemental prolif and I'm at least 99% sure I'll shock. And if need be I can dual curse for elemental weakness to, upping the light damage by a large %.

@Kodr I went elemental because I wanted to go elemental :P And did not want to be pure physical like most other cyclone builds. That is why I did not take the 2% phys leech, wasn't sure it would be worth it having much lower physical damage but it might be ok as is with a few other pieces having leech as well. Not sure. I have enough regrets/respecs etc I can pretty much try whatever once I get in my 70's. I may end up taking that 2% anyhow, we'll see.

most other cyclone builds are elemental with static blows ^^;
aimlessgun and kripp builds are like that.

right, which is basically my build as well. It sounded like you were saying going elemental was a bad idea -- > "well... I can see a problem in your build...
you went full elemental, you didn't even bother taking the 2% life leech passive, why?"

I can see the 2% being useful but currently I'm fine in both the killing and living depts. It's the desync that makes me go crazy with this skill haha. The 2% alone would definitely not be enough in a non phys build so if I can grab me some kit with more leech it might be a nice addition with that skill and then dropping the LL gem. I can't do that currently though, unfortunately. It's harder than heck to even find a good ele 2H sword on HC =/ The one I have has been the highest ele DPS 2 hand sword I've seen for sale in weeks now :( SO much easier grabbing a nice phys weapon it seems. @sigh@

Absolutly agree with Kodr.

Kripp did that build tyhe first night the skill was released. Chris was following his twich and they fixed it regarding Kripp's returns.

So, 1H/shield Static blow is just an other build that everybody have copy/past like a thousand of time.
Not sure what you are agreeing with actually. I'm not playing kripp's build and I'm not 1 hand/shield lol.

ok, I thought it would be enough. But I'm currently at a point in the race where it's not enough for me aswell.

I found this in Cruel Sarn, and I'm still using it in Merciless Fellshrines (level 63)...
it was noticeable in fellshrines I was leeching less with only 2%.

I'd like to report that although it's said Cyclone stops for nothing the Rhoa carcasses in Fetid have no trouble interrupting my cyclone and stopping me in my tracks even when I greatly outlevel them.

So it might have something to do with 'block stun' or just charge.

Considering this:

"

While Cycloning, you are immune to stun and knockback. Basically, almost nothing short of death can interrupt the movement.

Is this the 'almost' nothing, or is it a bug?
