Because most people's lives( probably even yours) is meaningless to even themselves and watching streamers allows them to be a part of the shared glory experience which your mind takes as your own achievement. Also it provides some sort of emotion which most people can't find a way to implement in their lives due to their lack of spontaneousness to find new challenges and scenarios.

Eight years streamer research wasn't good for you. Because now you sound like those you are complaining about.

What POE really needs is some attractive booty streamers, most of the current crop look like extras from the Walking Dead.

That is indeed a laughable conclusion coming from a guy who still is posting on this thread and complains about someones complaining.

Might want to calm down, take a chill pill and think this straight out whether you believe this is indeed a research into giving people accurate advice on how to approach streams or someone is actually just being bitter at something or someone in which case that makes you a silly hypocrite for complaining here about my complaining.

streamers are community managers. and sometimes even better paid.

on top of that they lead the direction the games go.
