" Im still thinking Scourge for Single atm, cos even with the nerf it's still gonna be the strongest by far. We will have to see how good the barrage support in as the changes to Ice Shot. The Added Cold Damage Plus Support is gonnna be fucking bonkers though I make odd builds and sometimes write guides.

So because of the removal of Elder it means that getting Gloomfang is probably going to be rarer so it's most likely going to be focusing on being +3 chain, and focusing solely on the Quiver Corruption / Bow mod
Considering currently level 21/20 Added Cold Damage is 187 to 280 added cold damage, the upgrade to Added Cold Damage Plus will more than pick up the slack for the nerfing of Abyss Jewels from previous league and also team up better with the Scourge Arrow Plus at Level 5 is equivalent to Level 23 Added Cold so a Level 6 is gonna be manic (if a +1 socketed gems on chest to make Level 7 it's gonna be fucking nuts) I will more than likely try to push for these stats on a rare amulet, or something close to, but if not then Yoke Of Suffering looks to take it's place. This will make any Life Gained for Each Enemy Hit By Your Attack ring be way better for healing, possibly bringing Vaal Breach back for Boss Fights. But that requires testing to see how good it will be. Opus / Demise / Taming combo still looks to be the best in the game for bows but that could change with patch notes so don't hold me to that one. 3.9 Lightning Arrow looking very nice with a build like this. Ice shot too of course.

That new neck, Fury Valve, could also be a cool one to use until we can HOPEFULLY afford a gloomfang this league. Although it could also be expensive.

That Ice Shot buff :-O
Ice Shot: No longer leaves Chilled Ground on impact. Now deals 130% of base damage at gem level 1 (from 120%), up to 174% at gem level 20 (from 147%). Now Chills enemies as though dealing 100% more Damage at gem level 1, up to 195% at gem level 20. Now gains increased effect of Chill as the gem levels, up to 19% at gem level 20. |
