0.10.3 Patch Notes

"Added Cyclone (which is level 24) to the quest rewards for the Marauder, Duelist and Templar (at the Normal difficulty "Lost in Love" quest), the Shadow (Cruel difficulty Hillock quest) and the Ranger (Cruel difficulty Brutus quest)".

str/dex skill so what will it utilize more strength then dex or just both like with armour etc.


nice patch altogether but still waiting for the desynch fixes. It´s getting more & more shitty in races. Even in the last two turbo races i had a lot of desychs. Brutus was horrible fight. the ported around a lot of times

what not AoE? Weapon Range like WHirling Blades? mhh sounds not that great :/

Devs have said that duelists MOTA passive does not effect skills that already have their own AOE, they can only be increased with AOE passive or gems.

It depends on whether or not it is considered "aoe", or uses weapon range, like whirling blades. Most people are thinking it's similar to whirling blades though, in which case MOTA would affect it.

Is it just me or has there not been a patch yet? According to my calculations it's +16hours from when the post was written.

Yep, in the thread titled Cyclone one of the devs confirms Cyclone will use weapon range and will be affected by weapon speed and other buffs.

dont want to whine, but the LoH nerf hits every melee AoE really hard.

here we go

Wait, so it WAS confirmed Cyclone uses weapon range? That means facebreaker builds are kept at the back of the pack for AoE, and Infernal Blow will still remain the superior source of AoE damage?
