You don't need to hit to fast anymore (for a couple of years actually). Ur stygian Wise in your Pob how can it get be like that? the elemental dmg mod is Shaper and the cold dmg mod is redeemer, a belt like this is realy expensiv or i miss sth? also ES + both dmg mod and dmg craft cant be on the same Belt that would be 4 Prefixes. The belt is real, but it was done a long time ago. Interesting niche build. I am using it as league starter and it's not terrible, not great either (still before switch to low life and with poor gear). I have trouble understanding how skills from your gloves (4link with temp chains) is supposed to work, can you explain it to me? I am leveling gems but haven't turned them on yet.
