I don't. The spell damage and % non-chaos as chaos is a hybrid mod.

Your weapon isn't ideal but its pretty good. Ideally you'd want flat cold to spells. Just multimod it like my vortex song.

Its only 1% more damage and will cost 3 more mana to channel.

I don't see how. Both builds channel, but worb is a spell and charged dash is an attack. You can't go cwc cause worb isn't a non-chanelled skill. Howa gives you flat ele to attacks, which does nothing for worb. LL does nothing for charged dash.

Yes the build is fine. We didn't leech mana in 3.7 anyway. Get the -3 to cost of channeled skills craft and it should be fine. Cinderswallow will also help. Worst case you can get a praxis for your other ring slot or multimod a Xopec's ring.
