Issues with Playstation Purchases

Dear PoE team,
Thanks for this great game with loads and loads of renewed content. Basically it's leagues back to back... Nice on the screen and so but it looks like fundamental problems are not resolved. This Playstation Network purchase communication issue is now taking over 4 years to get resolved?? How hard can an automated task be ?? If communication fails for some reason then inform client with the ticket nr. In my case the PS5 info shows correctly the pack that I bought Inc coins. Game indicates update it's applied but even after complete reboot and relogging nothing happens. D4 is non spoken here but at least they have stuff like this in order. Hello,
I am experiencing difficulties with in game purchases I am using PS5 console . I have been in communication with support concerning this issue since 4/01/26 . I have supplied the purchase confirmations from Play Station multiple times to the support team as they had requested, they in turn tell me they have made a small adjustment to something on their side of things and that I should then try to make a mock purchase to refresh everything I have done that several times at their request and more including deleting and reloading the game POE 1. Still no coins. I have made other small purchases hoping this would force the prior purchases to come through, except the purchase of a stash tab, alas the smaller ones have come through and still no coins. the purchases in question are 2 200 coin packs which isn't much but still 40 bucks I have been a frequent player of POE 1 for many years and POE 2 when it first came out I have not until this year experienced the problems with purchases. I am asking for more help. I really enjoy the game. I hope to have a solution soon. Oh I also asked about a refund and the support team advised me to speak to Play Station which I did and they advised me to speak to GGG for a refund , feeling stuck in the middle.
