Hi all--first, thanks for the responses and the guide. Once I got myself a quill rain things picked up substantially. I'm now starting mapping and have hit the 5-7s and was hoping to get some advice on where to go from here.
My damage feels ok but not amazing and my life seems really really low compared to other characters I've played. I started with a single cluster jewel, but now I'm debating if I should keep it or move onto another part of the tree. My gear and skills are https://poe-profile.info/profile/exirabit. Any thoughts would be welcome. I'd really like to improve but I'm also pretty fund limited (not been super lucky in drops and have only around 30c) | |

So i have been using this most of the league now and it just feels good. People keep saying (and i am seeing) that carcass Jack is the way to go but in POB, with the almost perma onslaught (well for me at least cause things like hitting me) the damage is higher and i almost feel like defense is better with the 3 endurance charges until you get hit. Any thoughts on this? I am loving it but if 99% of the Toxic Rain community is using Carcass Jack, i want to use the best i can |

You can use whatever you like of course, but tbh Daresso chest all it offers is "increased effect of onslaught" because there are other ways to get easy onslaught baseline, like abyss jewel for example. And if you change to fast bow base esp. with attack speed suffix stacking more and more attack speed is not as efficient as stacking other damage mods, like the 40% flat increased damage from carcass, increased aoe also helps pod shotgun. You could also use cherrubim's for 80% increased chaos damage but it's an armor / evasion base which is worse than evasion / es base which is carcass. Also excessive attack speed stacking usually tends to run you into mana issues, so you're forced to run mana flask forever, normally you can drop it after getting elreon's mods and maybe some mana regen from tree. | |

"Fix your aura setup and your flasks (why would you need 2 movespeed flasks?) and ofc keep using the flasks, I'd recommend swapping one for jade. And you need to spec more life, you have only 109% from tree, I'm pretty sure there should be more than that in the planned build. | |

I'm currently sitting on a porcupine bow with dread essence.
Should I craft the "6-7ex" bow in the bow crafting section? or do we have more options to craft now? I kinda get lost with all the crafting options available. | |
" Depends how rich you are. You can craft a nice bow with jagged+corroded+metallic fossils that can carry you a long way. Currently clearing T16 with this with no issues. |
