If you have spare sockets possible options include vaal haste, vaal grace, vaal blight, bloodrage, withering step or cwdt+withering step, phase run, lightning golem, tbh whatever you find useful even portal. For those who have taken down Sirus 8 how are you on your res? Cold fire & light are just over 75 for me but my chaos is negative. I can move stuff around to probably get near +50 across the board but that just feels vulnerable. How are you guys/gals on your resistances? Should I shoot for 75 covering chaos as well? The vast majority of Sirus's damage is elemental. Next is physical, and last is chaos. Ensure your elemental resistance is at max. Elemental resists > physical mitigation > chaos resist.
