yes, if you stack additional aoe, passives, maybe craft a mod. But it is hard to say for sure if it is enough or not.

Got empower lvl 4, new helmet, better quiver and ring. I can't realy upgrade it for the moment.

I have about 7K ehp 3.8k hp and 3.2k shield, feels realy safe and clear is great !

Edit : is there a big difference between efficacy and mirage archer in term of dps ? I imagine archer will be better for clear and efficacy for single target

the best one and most important is toxic rain level 21. 40 c without quality. you can get chaos multi+ +1 gems amulet, you can get 35% multi on quiver 2-4 ex each, with life\as might be more, less multi = cheaper. Jewels with +4% multiplier, 8% attack speed and 10% damage can be found for 100 c~. Gloves with chaos multi, attack speed and life. Probably 1 ex maybe more.
there are a lot of things to buy.

so i have a new quiver and new gloves :



Life is low on quiver but it's a nice dmg boost, and i anged to have +10% multiplier on gloves.

Im just out of money for the moment, i can't buy any more upgrade but t16 is realy easy.

I didn't managed to kill Sirius because...well i was lost between the storms and...i just don't understand this guy, SHaper was a joke btw.

One last thing: i tried to play with Grace but i realy don't understand how it's possible. In the POB linked in the guide he has Grace, Discipline and Malevolance.

On POB i have 150 more max mana than him, and even if i put enlighten lvl 4 + if i take the nodes for unreserved mana, i can't put those 3 auras i have like -10mana....

So i choosed not to play with grace, so far i don't see why i would need it. I'm only using the Vaal grace. I think it's only great if you play with QOTF.

You probably have to anoint Sovereignity to be able to lower the reservation and squeeze non-vaal version of grace. If you want a defensive aura with less reservation than grace, try flesh&stone in the stone / sand stance. Could also try to fit aspect of the spider but it's not affected by enlighten so could be tight. You should be fine without that anyway.

I explained how i did it 2 days ago: (probably not worth the investment, just run flesh & stone or only 2 auras)

Helmet (vertex or other ) with lab enchant reduced mana reservation to malevolence/discipline/flesh&stone/grace.
Lvl 4 enlighten in there.

Watcher's eye with -(10-5) to Total Mana Cost of Skills while affected by Clarity (the only reason to run clarity usually) - divine to 9 or 10
For damage might better get a Malevolence damage over time multi though.

Can also use the otherwise crappy Conqueror's efficiency jewel.

On tree: Charisma + the one node upper left of Harrier.

Rings: with +mana and non-channeling skill have -6 to 8 total mana cost (divine to 8 on both rings) or craft -10 if you have the craft

I run Malevolence+Discipline+Grace + lvl1 clarity

I think a waste, because the multicraft is misleading. It says "up to 3 crafted mods" but it's actually only 2. If you want to multi craft you would have to get rid of crit chance
How do you get 3 totems for wither? With the set up here I get two. How are you guys getting 3 wither totems?
