This is an excellent build. I would also suggest if you can find the right price, the following weapon mod. I have a middling one and its deadly, I need to find some better prefix/suffixes around it. It's a pyramid mod, so it's a bit hard to find. I just stumbled upon it at the time of my first pyramid in the lvl 60 range.

In the video you have flame totem yet in the gem area you do not have it equipped. Am i missing something?

It's a very fun build, it looks great and plays really nice too. Just need some items to take it a bit further because I am squishy as fuck with the standing still to cast the flame. Too bad I get nothing but shit this league.
