Wtf nerf arc damage fine, but 25 unit chain distance is so bad. Skill got completely dumpstered who would even self cast that now?

Base Off Hand Attack Time is now 0.65 seconds at gem level 1 (from 0.7 seconds) and 0.56 seconds at gem level 20 (from 0.61 seconds).
Base projectile speed is now slightly faster.

Ikr, Arc's clear is actually never as good as properly scaled aoe because of target limit It's only good because of multiple casts from traps/ totems makes the target limit not a huge issue.


Now 25 tracking is so bad it can't even be called an aoe...
No-one will ever self cast this piece of shit "aoe" skill.

Arc rip, this is the biggest/ worst nerf you can get.

Glad I played Arc in both 3.3~3.5 while it's still usable (Be it trap or totem)
It's pretty good bossing , but now gonna give up on you.

Arc - less dmg and half chain range
Bv - less dmg
Discharge - dmg buff
essence drain - huge dmg buff and it now spreads dot aoe on its own. 1.1k dps ->1.5k dps
Ethereal knives - pretty big dmg buff
fireball - dmg buff but somehow it didnt get its cast time increased???
firestorm - lost like 0.3% of its damage (what's the point of that) but big cast speed increase
freezing pulse - minor dmg increase and added dmg effectiveness
hatred - gives less phys as extra cold but gives more cold damage now
ice nova - they nerfed the gamage a bunch.. why? cast speed is a bit faster tho
scorching ray - dmg buff but no more negative resist now gives "fire exposure"
Spark - 20% dmg buff and your sparks can hit monsters more often
storm brand - less dmg
storm call - dmg buff
vd - minor dmg nerf
arcane surge support - gives more spell dmg to linked skill on top of what it gave before
chain support - gives a lot less "less" damage (10% from 30%)
decay support - dmg buff
fork support - now gives 10% MORE damage when before it gave 10% less
innervate support - dmg buff and it last longer
onslaught & summon phantasm on kill - 10% chance on hitting a rare/unique
OOOOOOH YEEEEAH
66% reduced curse effectiveness against Uniques bosses:

Temp Chains, level 20: 14 - (14 * .66) = 4.76

That's right, folks. Reserving 35% of your mana will give you less than 5% action speed reduction for a unique boss. Invest in defensive curses today!

You clowns are actually kidding me right? You're not seriously nerfing Tombfist and leaving Inpulsa's untouched. You are not ACTUALLY this tone-deaf and ignorant of the state of your own game, correct?




Buffing casters obviously meant nerfing melee so that in 3.7 they can buff melee from useless back to our current state of sorta-useless.
