Wow I had some crazy luck crafting a helmet just now. Got this on my 2nd 2 socket resonator:

If you aren't then you will be able to activate this mod when you are channeling and leeching mana. " nice helm but the additional projectile for ice spears enchant is pretty important. The most important stat is crit multi(25% at least) followed by % inc dmg(elemental dmg + spell dmg + cold dmg)[aim for a total of 60%] then critical strike chance for spells ( aim for about 70) If you are on a super tight budget just get some of these weapons here https://www.pathofexile.com/trade/search/Synthesis/6QXXbqSG 3. use an atziri's promise this will add a lot of dps and give you leech as well during flask effect 4. get rings that give you 20% + inc cold dmg. 5. get an amulet that has crit multiplier (30%+) and cold dmg as well if you can afford to 6. grab all the crit multi nodes near scion start 7.grab the arcane potency cluster Well you get the gist. The 2nd form of ice spears has super high crit chance so you really need to stack critical strike multipliers on your gear. If you make these changes (shouldn't cost you more than 1.5 ex where 1 ex will probably be spent on the helm with the enchant)... you will be able to bump your dps up to ~1 mil dps at level 84 ps.
