You're probably using Righteous Fire instead of Vaal Righteous Fire.
The vaal version barely uses hp and can be countered with a single HP pot.
Yes CWDT works with Warlords mark.
Use CWDT+Frost Bomb+Cold Snap+Warlord's Mark
Put Arctic Armour on a different piece.

im using vaal rf and it drains my hp a lot. As you can see on the screenshot below.

Low enough to support level 1-2 cwdt. I think i have all of these in PoB

Aigh, so far so good. no more leech problems.
i'm currently level 91 in the race and i wanna hit over level 95.
What do you think about these 3 nodes on the passive skill point tree

Like I said, it's not.
Vaal RF does not do anything the normal RF does;
Vaal RF ONLY takes 30% of ur total energy shield and life.
One HP pot mitigates this.
The 90% hp burn is only for the Normal RF, which you shouldn't be using.
You also shouldn't be running 2 HP flasks and a mana flask.

Burning HP = RF
Not burning HP = Vaal RF

As you're running CWDT level 2 you should level up your skill gems to be lower than 'Requires level 40' which is the limit of a CWDT lvl 2.

get the warlords mark ring, it will make you tankier
