Staff looks amazing but I don't agree with your gem choice (Elemental Focus).
With Elemental Focus you are loosing chance to apply elemental ailments in particular Ignite and Shock and you have less dps in total. Also you are loosing on clear speed because Beacon of Ruin spread of elemental ailments is not working.

Hey maybe I can also Help you :P

1/ You only use vaal Grace, you have no space for other auras if you run herald of ash, Anger and Aspekt of Spider. Btw Zealotry gives more dps in endgame than Anger :)

2/ Yes maybe because less people playing and the flashback league starting soon. But life and one castspeed mod is also fine for the start

3/ Did you do all Quests? Also killed the Bandits? When you tipe /passives ingame in chat you should see all points you can get. If there are some 0 then you haven't done the Quest for it.

Thank for your help bro. I'm at lvl 76 now and just finish the storyline. Got the boot first for the build since it's cheap and easy to socket. About the staff, should i buy a cheap Martyr staff and resocket it to 6 and relink it or just buy a 5 link staff?
I'm currently using a 6 sockets link jacket for incinerate. Want to go for Kaom's Heart so gotta find the staff first.

I'm loving the build/gameplay and I'm a noob (at the game and path of building) but I can't see any tree with more than 94 points (lvl 71).

You say you use both Acrobatics and Phase Acrobatics nodes but I don't see such tree in the build's pastebin :x

Did I miss a link or ?

I bought a cheap Martyr and 6 socket it, then I used fusings on it till I got the 6link. I had also 6 link body armor so I had no rush to get it fast. But if you die a lot in higher levels and you have the currency I would just buy a cheap 6 link Martyrs

Just to confirm, is this build recommended for a "League Starter" or Casual play, in the sense of just playing and never even aiming for getting into the endgame (deep into maps/bosses)?

Does it work without recommended items, like Martyr of Innocence and Kaom's Heart?

Fire based caster build seems to be completely out of the "meta", I mean it's not Storm Brand or Arc or Winter Orb..

Yeah, its a good league starter or a casual play build. Take a look at league starter PoB and if you get some currency you can upgrade gear.

Any tip on how to clear Hall of the Grandmasters with this build?
