I had same problem...weird :) But I switched Haste with Herald of Ice gems and now it is slightly better. You can do a try to see ;) I do see now, that Herald is using for cursing enemies with Assasin's Mark, so prolly is not a good idea to do that switch :) meh! I have just 82(with Enlighten 4) mana left from a total of 636(534 reserved) which is good for just one TS :) but still it is working fine and didn't had some problems with this low mana. VAAL Haste. :) According Demi's videos It looks he use "Herald of Ice", "War Banner" and "Haste". He has 124 mana left. I use this setup, have 82 mana left and its ok. You mean that it will have offensive/defensive stats which Bisco does not have? And that: "X% increased Rarity of Items Dropped by Slain Magic Enemies X% increased Quantity of Items Dropped by Slain Normal Enemies" does not help at all with this build? Crafted today this amulet: Not even 20% rare, but seems decent for DPS. My DPS went from like 42k to 48k unbuffed in Hideout. Biscos is ok, if you run a normal MF setup and not mapping that much (or just run a wannabe MF character) Other than that it does not provide anything special. You aim for rare/magic mobs in maps, so the quanity on biscos is not affecting all mobs. The rarity is useless, since it does not inrease the currency mobs can drop. Also no defense, no dps or life on it. It sounds good on first glance, but the 20% quant you can get on a amulet (standard only) is affecting all mobs in the map.
