Ok, so I just hit 93 and I apparently have a full respec available. I have not allocated my last passive. Currently, I'm running a build in another MF guide and I'm thinking this one is way better. It looks like if I respec to this, in the 7 points that I'm missing it's a two jewels (2 nodes each = 4), a frenzy node (2 nodes = 6 total), and a life node (total = 7).
There are 9 total in the build, so I'd be at 7, compared to the 4 I have now. And it's a straight trade from Fertile Mind to Unnatural Instinct, so I really just gain 3 more, which I would imagine is a huge increase in overall DPS and life.
My main questions are:
1) How do I go from Fertile Mind to not having it? If I unsocket it, I literally go down to 41 Int. I counted up the nodes in your build and it's only 90 total. Am I an idiot and missing something?
2) Am I choosing the wrong 7 nodes to not use?
3) Is it still worthwhile to swap over if I can't get the ultra-good 4 mod jewels and instead only 3 mods? If so, would you do 2 damage + life or 3 damage mods?

Dude I've mentioned this earlier, but you really gotta swap out that ele focus gem in your TS setup. I feel like I'm getting trolled.
1. You can't ask this question when you have completely different tree vs Demi's. Use Demi's tree to get more int, spec into the +30 int if you need more int. He also uses an onyx amulet vs your biscos which gives 0 stats. And yea you should really get rid of the Fertile Mind because it's taking Inspired Learning's place in the tree.

Wait, what?? I only swapped into an Ele Focus Gem like 2 days ago, after I went through PoB and it showed that it was a top DPS gem. Why am I removing it?
How is it trolling when I'm trying to compare two different builds and figure out when to move over? Like, you're telling me to use Inspired Learning but I don't see it anywhere in the build? I want to respec, but it's contingent on having Unnatural Instinct, and I'm about 10E short right now. And since I'm farming yellows just fine, I haven't made the swap yet, or upgraded any other gem or item since I'm in limbo waiting to swap. I'm just trying to figure out if it's feasible given I'll be losing a huge amount of int and I can't, say, use a mirroed Onyx amulet.
It looks like the answer is yes, I'll probably just have to adjust some gems/nodes accordingly since I don't have 15 mirrors worth of items yet

ele focus means you can't freeze/shock/ignite. you're completely turning off the quant bonus on your windripper.

Even if you used Demi's tree and all of his gear, it only comes to 130 some int. He doesn't use Wrath in his build either. You could probably do it if you his tree and spec into a +30 int node. It's not a big deal.

Didn't even notice that / read the gem really. I guess after 3 years of playing and over 125E worth of gear I farmed for myself, I'm still total trash. But, I still have no idea how herald of ice and ice bite interact with the Windripper, or why certain cast on hit gems function, so that seems to be pretty par for the course. I'll replace it when I get home and see what else I can use in its spot.
