1) you can use passive +30 str
2) in passive tree go to the left side, there are a lot of str nodes

Awesome!! But Vaal Haste only 10 lvl, cuz we haven't 155 dex. But the difference in dps is minimal.

Dex aint big problem :) since we can put on our rare gear also u can use 1 skill point to get +30 dex. Dmg diff is big because u get 500k+ instead of 420k+ when u use vaal haste also keep in mind u can get now phase run lvl 20 too.

Well yes i know getting +1 , maim , high life , life % is hard and very expensive. Thats why consider this as high end if u rly wanna push ur golemancer to limits. You really dont need this to kill everything around. If you are looking upgrade from skin of the loyal keep an eye on astral plate with maim , high life (100+) , life % so u can put there ruthless instead of maim gem or +1 , life (100+) , life % chest.
