Hi Im newbie...what about this build after patch notes...he is nerfed or rebalanced? thx

Idéa for starting HoA as a league starter...
I was thinking if you sould lvl with poison linked to stormbrand instead of rain of arrow :) ???
Have nevar done this build before.. just some idears :b

HoAg didn't get touched as far as I've seen, so the basics of this build haven't changed.

The nerfs to all curses will hurt this build obviously, but I'm not sure how much. It was so OP last league that I'm not sure how badly we'll feel the curse nerf.

BOB is still on the menu boys! time to start saving up and destroying content.

nice HoA untouched, new chaos spell into bob is my plan for the league :)

Has anyone done calculations for new Hatred values? Hatred-Gen is a significant DPS boost to this build and the base phys added as cold was nerfed from 36%-->25%. The difference is even larger if you account for Generosity. Not sure if the 18% more cold damage balances that nerf out.

The convocation cooldown reduction 8s-->4s (combined with 20% CDR from quality on the gem) is a huge improvement for speed-clearing QoL, since you can basically Convocate whenever your Agony Crawler lags behind or is awkwardly around a corner, etc.

The increased buff effect does nothing for us, and most people go CI so the chaos res is a waste. I never had any issues with mana regen, although I guess that implicit isn't fixed since this is an amethyst ring?

The mana reservation is nice if you can't afford the hat enchant, but this ring isn't an obvious choice for this build.

Speaking of saving currency... How viable is this as a league starter?

I know there is the other version in which we can transition into this, so I guess my question is should you go for the basic version and transition into this as a league starter? Is that viable?

Or should you just be rolling some generic safe build for the first week and then outright buy your way into this build?
