For anyone interested: You can run Hatred, HOI, Skitterbots and a Lvl20 precision with a lvl4 enlighten by annointing Charisma (2 golden oils, so not really cheap). It depends on your mana pool how many mana is left. So in my case i have around 45 unreserved mana, which is enough for casting vortex and flame dash occasionally. Cyclone costs no mana when using Inspiration along with a -3 mana to channeling skills enchant. Might be not worth the struggle anyway

" Indeed it is. I think I have 7.4 aps in game in ho. But that is except elusive and mistwalker so it should be quite much higher than 7.5 aps I got the scion wheel due to all the res you gain combined with all the life and accuracy. And I also had a low crit chance when I went into that wheel so I figured being a little bit over 7.5 aps wouldnt hurt too much since I wouldnt activate the cooldown which depends on crit. I am thinking over some options now. Either get stampede boots and spec mistwalker into ambush and assasinate (?) due to the cyclone speed they provide. Or respec the scion wheel and go for decent rare jewels and phase acrobatics etc. Like many do on poe.ninja. My crit chance is much higher now with an elder chest and higher level inc crit chance gem so I think its better to decrease aps some | |
" Ive only had hh one league so Im in no way an expert. But I think its not as important to cap res with it. This is because all res rares are common so you will steal it soon either way. It may not be as true with this build though as we dont use solstice but rather pandemonius. You may lose rcd on belt but youll faceroll maps either way. And you probably swap belt for uber elder and the like either way | |

This build still works like an absolute charm. The character progression feels really amazing. You can start on a budget and replace slots step by step.
For example: I started with a tabula, lycosidae, 14% ias copsris and a Frostbite impresence with divine judgement annointment. All these items are really cheap (instead of tabula you can also go with a 5-link since my 6th link is fortify which gives me nothing than a little bit tankyness). | |
