I should be using skitterbots instead of HoI but I really don't need the damage and I really like the automaton MTX on HoI :).
Also I didn't bother to get a movement skill because I'm speedy anyway, and the ele weakness gem is just there because I thought about anointing my ammy for second curse. Never really bothered because I'm already destroying everything.

I didn't even bother buying 20/20 gems, just popped into T6 maps with level 1 gems and the moment I hit level 15 gems I was flying through T16's.

My gear isn't cheap, mainly the high rolled Carcass and insane boots attribute to that, but you should really be able to get this to work for less than 5ex (without gems that is).

As for anointing:
I would honestly go for something like Charging Offensive. Even though we don't get hit often it gives a chance of getting Endurance and Frenzy charges which are always nice.

With Elusive buff up and Starkonja i was at 7.1 aps. Speccing into Coordination pushed me over the 7.5 threshold. For now i spend 1 point into the Acuity cluster. That brings me to 7.35 aps.

Once again i am asking how important it is to reach the 7.5 threshold exactly or if i am losing significant coc procs when being at only 7.35 aps

The Pandemonius - the cheapest one is 3ex. Weapon .5 ex, Carcass 1ex, link it 2ex (if you are lucky), misc 1ex so we are at 6.5ex before the boots and before quality gems which is likely 2-3 additional ex (probably more).
