How important is it to reach the 7.5 attacks/second? While in combat my attack rate is 7.1. The 12% IAS from Coordination pushing me to 7.75, so this is not an option. I am thinking of annointing something like acuity (5% IAS and some accuracy)

I haven't seen any information about the Inspiration Support (reworked Reduced Mana) in this thread so I'll give a small breakdown why I included it in my links:
Everytime cyclone attacks you gain an inspiration charge, up to a maxmum of 5. Each charge gives 8% more elemental damage and 10% increased crit chance to skills supported by Inspiraton, so 40% more elemental damage and 50% critical strike chance. The charges last for 10 seconds or until 800 mana is spend, which allows for more then 20 seconds of cycloning before the charges are removed. And since cyclone attacks so fast, you are at max charges in less than a second. On top of that you also spend less mana on your cyclone and if you are using a Loreweave coloring also gets easier. |
