Yeah, i have been messing with it since 3.5. I went some other directions from it, but This was the start.

I went 2 spells and shot for the 15aps breakpoint. I am a little below right now, but thats because i dropped the faster attacks for another damage gem.

think this build is still viable this coming 3.8?

Lyco isn't mandatory anymore, you can hit 100% hit chance easier now.
