Wouldn't this patch make rangers more powerful, since you can just travel down and spec into dualist points?

You actually have better gains per skill point if you just start as a duelist after the patch, unless you intend to go to shadow as well (rangers have a slightly easier time there).

10 points Ranger: 10% attack speed, 48% evasion, 12% accuracy, 31% projectile damage, 30 dex
9 points duelist: 22% attack speed, 6% bow attack speed, 8% phy bow dmg, 36% projectile damage, 20 dex

Doesn't exist here in Arizona. I put a suggestion up about giving me a choice of Arizona time zone because there isn't one currently :P
