Lightning Arrow

Hi, could we get the lightning arrow animation pre 3.9 patch back, with maybe a bit more blueish color tone as well?
Possibly as an MTX?

The new lightning arrow animation is kinda slow and not as smooth as the one before. Don't really like the way the arrow sling forward as a rope, also the colors and texture on the new one looks cheap and dull.

Problem: LA is inefficient against big packs of monsters.
Solution: make LA hit more additional enemies near the target.
