yeah, that moving degen gimmick is pretty much useless. Either make it much faster or drop it in favour of fixed large base aoe. And some buff to raw damage numbers would be also nice

Just going to reiterate that Phantasmal Creeping Frost is still too slow even with high investment.

I tested it with 218% movespeed - that's the helm enchant, 20% on gem, 30% from Ashes of the Stars, and a level 6 enhance (40%). I think this would be a great clear archetype if it could outpace a fast player. With this level of investment, I think it should be able to do that. Please increase the base speed of the chilling ground so Phantasmal scales better.
