What's everyone's move speed look like?

I'm at +140% MS with all my flasks up... is that MS good enough? Or should I try to squeeze in more? (SSD but ancient graphics card, sometimes moving fast plus Spell Cascade makes things slow down.)
Bought a 6S Vaal Regalia to do the thing.

Spent ~800 Alts on it, haven't seen T1 %Int yet.

I'm 114 move speed with flasks. It's not clear to me what you're doing to have another 26, as quicksilver flasks don't stack as far as I'm aware?

I've played this build quite a few leagues and am enjoying this run so far. Lvl 95, 11.2 K ES, 2646 Int. Never used POB so my tree is probably not optimized.

I do more mapping than boss kills, and one thing i started in delve league was to use Phase Run + Inc. Duration for more MS. I was just trying to hit 600 in delve asap so rushing was fun.

MS is clear speed to some extent for this build. Did need to grab 2 dex nodes to hit the dex req on phase run, but my ring this league has a fat str roll so i still dont lose ignite avoidance with the coil.

I'm currently at 162 MS with all flasks up and Phase.

Another option for even more MS is the Alchemist cluster in witch. Helps quicksilver and is more pen (wise oak), damage (sulphur) and defenses (basalt, oak, etc..).

EDIT: Really appreciate all the contributions by posters keeping this build alive! Thanks. Love looking at poe ninja filtered on whispering ice and seeing everyone on the ladder with cool choices.

Phase run seems interesting: maybe dropping chaos golem is worthwhile?

On one hand, I'm dying to Legion pretty often. On the other, moving quickly probably helps with that - I already can't tank T16 3 sextant Legion. 4% physical mitigation perhaps isn't so valuable now, I don't die to anything else except lag.

How come poe.ninja reports your ES correctly? I'm on 10,844 but it doesn't notice Discipline.

Also, I'm on 2,726 int. Just had to post that part too :)

Phase run may be good to improve movement speed and clear speed a bit but wont keep you alive against hard legion hitters. Phase run is cancelled in the moment you use any skill. And you need to have quite high DEX(155) for level 20 Phase Run.

6-linking the body armor and adding Blind as 6-link would help a bit against physical hitters. And of course as much ES as possible is always good to have better chance of surviving this combined with keeping Fortify up as much as possible.

If you do regularly T16 maps with many damage sextants and with bad mods the only option is to try to kite those yellow legion mobs that hit like a truck while spamming IceStorms on them and kill them one by one.

You can't facetank 4-5 of them at the same time in a T16 map with bad mobs (especially those Templar yellow mobs) not even with this build which is kinda tanky. They hit pretty hard to be honest.

For some motive poe.ninja is bad coded and doesn't know to count ES provided by Discipline from Vaal Discipline gem. If you use regular Discipline your ES provided by this correctly added.

Same in PoB by default Vaal Discipline is checked and Discipline component of it is not.

No idea on ninja's reporting, what a weird bug.

I would welcome discussion on maxing rewards in t16 legion encounters deathless. Feels like the the only way i occasionally die.

I've started heavy casting over all the sergeants and icons as time ticks down and then pop phase and leave the general areas time expires. Usually most are dead when i circle back.

I also see you're going for the other duration cluster, has that helped you?

Maybe i should add vigilant strike back and hit that before phase run as well. I find it a bit clunky, but hard to deny the benefit.
