[3.13] SPECTRE SUMMONER (2021 Edition) Necromancer Build. BEST League Starter! + VIDEO GUIDE!

Enjoying a lot this build, with only one caveat : shield charge is really ****ed up. I think 75% of my deaths are because of that. But, even with GGG's desire to kill the exiles at every turn, i did managed to kill Uber Elder 3 times, reached lvl 96, did Uber Atziri deathless, failed gloriously in the most insanely stupid map (HoGM), all done wearing this :

There is no build for AFKmancer yet. Not sure what you are clicking dude..

u cannot reach endgame with a standard build in league
think about why all of angrys builds are standard builds?

just youtube pushing / or other services pushing guides ;)

ggg needs to get rid of these old just renamed builds of lazy peoples, but no one cares

@ Sudo, why the rage? Build is clearly endgame capable even if you have failed.

After that little rant i have a serious question.
Finding the blighted maps get almost impossible after t9.
The main problem is the bosses so i need to do more damage.
Would dual wielding convoking wands be a real advantage or just forget it?
Before you say go pob it i have to say pob looses me, just not clever enough or maybe too old to understand it.

I dont understand where/when you're using vaal clarity?

Double wands will not be good, victario beats them with power and frenzy charges

there are nothing to tringer EE ? or I missed something ?
