Yep still viable with the new things the game has offered us. Please check my character for references

Shifted to Icicle mines... Will make a guide for it soon... Was not comfortable with the damage arc does so i had to get off of it.

From what I've seen by others,arc traps since arc has been nerfed+traps have been nerfed,is not really viable for 3.8. It's not that you CAN NOT do endgame content with it, it's that you need heavy investment to get there and not everyone is willing to do that.
