Same deal as with the Russian thread: As far as I'm concerned GGG is not going to force people of another language to find their own forum to talk about POE, just because it's in another language and clearly designated as being in another language.

We need to move on from here with respect towards the fact we're on the internet that houses people of many languages. If you see words in a language that you do not speak, that conversation is not for you.

If Chris feels otherwise, he would have probably made an appearance to say so. I however don't think Chris wants what's been going on here... so play nice please.

We do. But what with the non-tolerant forum users who troll such threads occasionally? Reporting them is one thing. But it would be much better to just delete these posts of hate. Can it be done?

I expect there to be no more hateful commentary; I'll see if it's necessary to remove the posts based on future postings...

I hope that this will serve as a reasonable historical reference though.

It's a two-edged sword... it's difficult to moderate foreign boards if you do not speak the language. Many companies disallow it because of liability issues, because for the most part these small communities must moderate themselves.. it's very easy to catch general hate, but it's much more difficult to catch say... trading illegal material, for which GGG could be held responsible.

GGG will have to come up with their own policy that works with their level of comfort for their foreign communities moderating themselves to a degree. Until that time, the new mods ideally won't allow hate speech.

And about trolls before - they will just keep on trolling, we should just ignore them. So bad those who speak ill are hidden in their small home "fortress", those kids should be spanked :)

to chyba jestes jedyny kory ma nadzieje ze go nie dostanie, swoja droga szanse sa takie ze lepiej go dostac i nie uzywac przez tydzien niz nie dostac w ogole;P
