Some More Delve Improvements

It's like I was reading the transcript from a Jim Sterling video on microtransactions in gaming.

Generally these changes look to be in the right direction--even I had run out of useful upgrades to buy and more flare/sulphite capacity would definitely be appreciated.

One thing that I think would make everyone happier is to bring the minimum number of sulphite spawns in maps to 2 (without adjusting the amount gathered), so the variance is between 2-3 instead of 1-3. We want to delve more and would happily take any form of increase, but one that includes a variance reduction would feel the best. Rolling a high quant map, then coming out of it with no maps, only a few Chaos in random drops, and only one sulphite gather to cap it off feels awful on its own--and personally, that's when it really hits me that I'd much rather be delving.

And I who haven´t even managed to reach Depth 100 yet.
But oh well, that is also my own fault actually because I always have to collect Azurite. And if I have to go around in Circles within a certain area to collect it all... So be it. Then I do it.

Besides, you can´t only go downwards. You got to go to the sides and up as well. And have also found a few very strange things this way too.
Meh.. not enough to make me come back. Already quit the league. Escort quests are boring and the blue spikes in delve hit too hard. Bye.

Still no changes about sulphite gain?
Why i have to farm 15-18 map to gain 18k sulphite? and than spend it in 30 minutes?

This league must not be called "DELVE" .

"War For The Voltaxic Sulphite" is more suitable and sounds EPIC!

Hope you can do something about frustrating party play in Delve! Please announce if there is or isn't anything to be done about it! It's frustrating to have to go through all of the portals and stuff to join a party member's Delve. Also, teleporting to a party member in the case of Delve should put me right beside them! That would be wonderful! It would make life so much easier! Also, in a party, we should be able to mark the location on the Delve Map for the leader of the Delve Mine so we can more easily let the leader know what we are talking about in terms of where we want to go. It is hard to communicate that sort of thing when your map is gigantic. Then, it would also be nice as the secondary players in a Delve Party to be notified of what level travel event that the leader has chosen. That way we don't run in and get our butts handed to us when we had no clue what the Delving Leader got us in to. Delve was what actually brought me to this game! Thanks!

It’s been this way for several leagues now. If this continues, my player retention is going to diminish. I like to get the 36+ challenges. For the most part, I always do. But Beastiary was a flop and I pretty much skipped the league. Incursion was nice, until I looked over the challenges and decided to much RNG and quit. Delve’s RNG is pretty much just as bad or worse than Incursion, but as I skipped the last two leagues, I kind of wanted some POE play time, which I got. But now I’m back to being put off by the RNG.

Again, if the ridiculous challenge RNG doesn’t change, blocking the fun, gating the new playable content, my hit it hard every new league for 4 to 5 weeks, complete the 36+ challenges, take a break until the next league, rinse, repeat… is going to turn into not coming back at all. I am not going to spend more than 4 to 5 weeks in a league doing the challenges. I need a break between leagues. And the fun for me is playing the new content and completing the challenges for the cosmetic rewards. If you are going to gate my fun with RNG and try to force me to play longer and/or more than I want to play, I’m just not going to play. Attempting to make me play more than I want, turns the game into a job. I don’t want to work. I want to have fun. It’s a game. Not a job.

This is exactly why I play PoE less and less each league now.

At top of this my 3 main PoE issues:

- 10% exp after death in softcore
- lack of mail / npc delivery auction system
- lack of QoL solutions to prevent carpal tunnel hand syndrome and health problems
