[3.10] OneShotKill Elemental Hit Ballista Hiero - 9.6 million DPS - EZ Boss Killer + budget friendly

Just wanted to post to give my thanks for this build. I've spent just about 6-8 exalts getting pretty good gear for it and it is extremely powerful, much stronger than any other character I've played so far. Also one of the most truly budget friendly I've seen. Mine is still a little squishy against some late game bosses in the (very) rare powerful hit that makes it through, but at level 72, I still have plenty of further survivability to grow into. I also haven't spent much effort at all into survivability, so it's actually surprising to me how tough my character feels so far.

I was feeling so strong that I tried the uber lab at level 69, and actually was surviving fine until a stray powerful hit from the 2nd stage Izaro fight killed me in one hit. I was maybe a little too cocky, but I expect I'll have no trouble with it after I level him up a little more and work on survivability.
I ran each of the lower level lab runs as soon as I reached the minimum level requirement for them and had no trouble whatsoever. It felt really good taking down each stage of merciless Izaro within 2-3 seconds at the minimum level requirement for doing that lab run. Also felt good easily carrying a friend through that same merciless lab run immediately after that.

Now finally at the point of being able to run maps, and have breezed right through a couple of mid-tier maps stashed from an older character.

I have a few questions about double implict frostferno for +4 gems. How do you guys corrupot this, in temple or vaal it ? Whats the best way to farm temple right now ?

Double corruption only works inside temple. vaal will only give you 1 corruption.

First let me say thanks for build, its fun and joy to play!

Did anyone try to calculate weight of 1% of attack speed to 1% of increased elemental damage? Used op POB link and edited equipment.

Not sure if my math is right, but it seems to be 1% AS = 3.6% ED

EDIT: Also thanks to the Shock mechanism - less amount but harder hits should give more dmg because it will give better shock bonus dmg?

Is it correct or am I doing something wrong?

I make average 3ex a day, sometimes more. 1 ex easy from just picking up currency/cards. I have my filter set at uber-strict to only pick up worthwhile items/currency.
There are a lot exalted orbs available, just because you don't have them doesn't mean they don't exist. People use them to craft gears and burning a lot during the process. I must have spent at least 20 orbs slamming stuff to make it better just to turn out to be trash.

I usually make like 2-7 ex per 8hrs day with this build. Exalts are plenty. You will learn to play eventually.

And I totally stay behind guide author. The build is idd cheap to start. You don't even need Frostferno actually. I started this league with it. Currently I have a properly set up char and 20 Exalts in bank. And I haven't played actively last 7-10 days.

Min maxing costs a lot on any build available. If you think any build is cheaper than this you just have too little experience in this game.
